2002 - Sreekumaran Thampi
The eleventh Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2001 was bestowed on Shri Sreekumaran Thampi, the renowned poet, lyricist, producer and director of Malayalam Film Industry on the 16th January 2002, for his outstanding contribution to the Malayalam film industry
The function was held at the Tagore Centenary Hall in Thiruvananthapuram city at 6PM on 16th January 1996. In addition to Shri Paravur Devarajan, the winniners of Kala Thilakm and Kalaprathobha titles of 1995, Shri. G. Vipindas and Kumari. U. V. Manju, were honoured. Prem Nazir Foundation Chairman Shri Thalekunnil Basheer delivered the welcome speech. Honourable Minister for Electricity Shri G. Kartthikeyan presided over. The Honorable Kerala State Chief Ministed Shri A. K. Antony inaugurated the function and gave away the Award To Shri. Devarajan. Shri. Shanawas honored Kalaprathibha and Kalathilakam with Cash Awards. Celebrities Shri. Thikkurissi Sukumaran Nair, Shri. George Onakkur, Shri. Perumpuzha Gopalakrishnan, Shri. O .N. V. Kurup, Shri. Kadammanitta Ramakrishnan, Shri. Balachandra Menon, Shri. O. Madhavan, and Shri. Nedumudi Venu delivered felicitations. Vote of thanks by Shri. Chempazhanthi Basheer was followed by a Musical Evening to entertain the audience.
2003 - K. S. Sethumadhavan
The twelth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2002 was bestowed on Shri K. S. Sethumadhavan, the Film Director of Malayalam Film Industry on the 16th January 2003, for his outstanding contribution to the Malayalam film industry. He has also directed films in Hindi, Oriya, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu. The award judging committee was chaired by KSFDC Chairman Shri. P. V. Gangadharan. Shri D. Rajmohan, Shri. Rajivnath, and Shri. Thalekunnil Basheer were the other adjudging committee members.
The function was held at the Tagore Centenary Hall in Thiruvananthapuram city at 6PM on 16th January 2003. The winners of Kalaprathibha and Kalathilakam titles with the outstanding pass outs from Swathi Thirunal Musical Academy in 2002, were also honored. Prem Nazir Foundation Chairman Shri Thalekunnil Basheer welcomed all. The Honorable Kerala Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Shri. M. M. Hassan presided over. The Honorable Kerala Minister for Culture, Shri. G. Karthikeyn inaugurated the function and conferred the Award on Shri. Sethumadhavan. The student talents of Youth Festival and Music Academy were given away cash awards and gifts by Shri. Shanawas. Prominent cultural and social personalities tributed the winners. After Vote of thanks a Musical Evening with budding talents was followed to entertain the audience.
2004 - A. Vincent
The thirteenth Annual Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2003 was presented to eminent cinematographer and filmmaker, Sri. A. Vincent, at Kochi on 7th April, 2004, the birth Anniversary of Sri Prem Nzir. In addition to Sri. A. Vincent, the winners of Kalathilakam and Kalaprathobha titles and outstanding pass outs from Music Acadamy, in 2003, were honoured.
The function was held at the Kerala Fine arts Society Hall in Ernakulam city at 6PM on 7th April 2004.The Foundation chairman Thalekunnil Basheer welcomed the gathering. The Honorable Kerala Minister for Tansport Shri. R. Balakrishna Pillai presided over the function. The Union Minister of State for Defence Sri. O. Rajagopal inagurated the function and presented the Award. Honorable Minister of Public Works Dr. M. K. Munir honored the outstanding Pass outs from Swathi Thirunnal Musical Acadamy. Noted Tamil actor Prabhu presented cash awards to the Kalaprathibha and Kalathilakam winners. Tamil actor Shri. Prabhu, Shri. E. Vasudevan, Shri. Cherkulam Abdulla, actresses Smt. Kaviyoor Ponnamma, Smt. Unnimary, Smt. Charmila and Smt. Gayathri, the State president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri. P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Shri.Sreemoolanagaram Mohan and the Foundation secretary, A. Shanavas, were among those who enhanced the function. Veriety entertainment programs of Mimic Show, Dance, Music and cenematic dance were conducted to entertain the audience.
2005 - Jagathy Srikumar
The fourteenth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2004 was bestowed on Shri Jagathy Srikumar, the versatile Actor of Malayalam Film Industry on the 7th April 2005, for his exemplary contribution to the Malayalam film industry
The function was held at A. K. G. Hall in Thiruvananthapuram city on 7th April 2005. The winners of Kalaprathibha and Kalathilakam titles and the male and female pass outs with highest marks from Swathi Thirunal Musical Academy, in 2004, were also honored. Prem Nazir Foundation Chairman Shri Thalekunnil Basheer delivered the welcome speech. Shri. P. Govindappilla presided over. The Honorable Kerala State Chief Ministed Shri A. K. Antony inaugurated the function and gave away the Award to Shri. Jagathy Srikumar. Honorable Minister of Tourism Shri. K. C. The fifteenth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2006 was bestowed on Padmashri Smt. Sukumari, the renowned and versatile Actress of Malayalam Films on the 16th January 2007, for her commendable performances in many Malayalam movies

2008 - Balachandra Menon
The sixteenth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2007 was confered on Padmashri Shri. Balachandra Menon, the versatile movie personality of Malayalam films, who stand out as a producer, director, actor and screenplay writer, on the 16th January 2008 for his laudable contribution to the Malayalam film Industry.

The seventeenth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2008 was bestowed on Shri Suresh Gopi, the well known cine actor of Malayalam Film Industry on the 4th April 2009, for his unique contribution to the Malayalam film industry
The function was held at the Regency Club in Kuttanellur, Thrissur city at 6.30PM on 4th April 2009. Prem Nazir Foundation Chairman Shri Martin Sebastian delivered the welcome speech. Prof. Sara Joseph presided over and gave the presidential adress. Honorable Kerala State Revenue Minister Shri K. P. Rajendran inaugurated the function and presented the award to Shri. Bharat Gopi. Rev. Dr. Mar Aprem gave away the Cash Award. Prominent personalities like Shri. Jessica Chandi, Shri. Kiran C. Faser, Shri. Regunathen etc., delivered felicitations to Shri Suresh Gopi. After Shri. The eighteenth Prem Nazir Foundation Award for the year 2009 was awarded to Shri. Soorya Krishnamoorty, the well known promoter of cultural activities and art on the 30th July 2010, for his remarkable contribution to Art and Culture.
